What was the highlight of CED Villas

Well maintained property but price to high!

Nice welcome and they can organize everything for you (scooter, boat tour etc) the garden is also well maintained!

Unfortunately, for the price we paid we expected a little more of the property. The road is really hard by scooter, no decoration In the room and we did not have warm water. The breakfast was to simple (it may be nice to add some options like fruit for example), and they forgot us the last day for Christmas… The staff however was really nice but the price of this accommodation is to high for what you get.

Overall we had a wonderful stay!

The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean and they cleaned the room every day. Not too far from the beach. The staff made us feel at home.

I didn’t like bathroom not having a shower door. The whole bathroom floor gets pretty wet after showering. The water has a lot of chlorine and you can smell it when you shower. I didn’t like that there’s no TV.

Lovely stay hosted by lovely people

The staff were amazing and made the stay really special, it was so lovely to meet them and we hope to see them again. They were extremely attentive. It was really easy to organise motorbike rental, airport shuttle from Puerto Princessa and island tours for a great price. The room/bed was comfortable and breakfast was promptly provided when we were up. The pool was nice but small and refreshments were available.

There were some issues with the water pressure but the staff were quick to resolve this when asked. Better storage for clothes is perhaps needed like a wardrobe or drawers so you can unpack your clothes but a rail was provided.

Way too over priced for what you get.

Location was good and owner very nice.

Very dusty outside. I paid extra to have a room with toiletries and all my husband got was a small bar of soap. No shower gel or shampoo or spare toilet paper.

Quiet and cozy

Good environment, staff really helpful and nice.

Breakfast is not good and expensive. You have to pay for everything, and it is not cheap. We let our luggage 1 day : 250pesos/luggage/day, motorbike cannot be hire for half day so 600pesos/6hours, taxi charge more than usual.

Very Good

We really liked the staff, very welcoming and sweet. The villa was cute, but little dark. Overall we liked and would recommend to those, who are with motorbikes, because it’s like 15min drive from El Nido.

We couldnt sleep very good, because right in the back of villa were roosters, who were yelling all night and day long.

Wonderful

Great hospitality off the staff! Beautiful property and a very clean and spacious room. Overall very happy with our stay at CED Villas!

A bit far out of town and away from beaches. But not a problem if you rent a scooter or are willing to pay for tricycle (they also have free shuttle services in the morning and evening)

Room was comfortable, well equiped and very clean. Staff welcoming and helpful. Tours with them was satisfying. Quite and far from noisy downtown

Very Good

The layout of the whole place was lovely really nice wooden huts, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and spacious.

The shower kept going from boiling hot to freezing cold and was not powerful at all. Also the chickens next door were soo noisy in the mornings from 4am, i know this is not the hotels fault at all but just beware when staying here you’ll probably get woken up a few times from it.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the overall vibe of the stay. Very chill .

Is located a bit far from the main area but if you rent a motorbike this shouldn't be a problem. Can rent from the hotel . Tricycles in this area will try to rip you off. The water heater was not working properly, we asked them to fix it but was not fixed during outlet stay.

Perfect for relaxing and calm stay near las cabanas beach

Very polite and helpful stuff. The location is very good - very relaxed and calm. The garden is well kept and nice, the room is big according to Philippino standards and very clean. The stuff makes the bed daily.
